Long break whilst visiting friends abroad and then the Christmas/New Year frenzy.

Managed to keep the blowouts under control and even managed to shed a kilo over the last three weeks.

Now to get back into the swing of things in the New Year... :-)
125.5 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 25.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
