I had a good holiday. I'm ready to get back on track. I didn't lose as much as I could have by being on track but I didn't gain either. I'm happy with that.
93.7 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
