I'm slightly concerned about this weightloss. I don't want to reward disordered eating habits, and I don't think I look thinner or healthier. I need to put my emphasis on exercise and nutritional goals like eating vegetables and proteins.
108.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 25.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.4 kg a Week
