I don't plan to but I graze all day. Some days lunch calls for a small sandwich, I quit denying my body food at lunch when I feel hungry. We don't eat out much and I think that has a lot to do with the weight loss, as well as I control my stress levels. Had a car accident November 11th and really trying not to let it effect me mentally. I continue to concentrate on "I am slim, lsoing the weight is easy."
