Thankful for the drop. I'm slightly off track with my WOE. I need to get back on my two hour schedule to keep my metabolism engaged. I also need to get back to doing yoga. Thirdly, I need to get my dad back to sleeping through the night. Okay, I've got my game plan. Ready. Break. Oh and GO CHIEFS!
