Hahahaha I am up 2.6 pounds this morning! Half a bucket of KFC, half a medium fries, and half a medium gravy over 2 meals.
I have the same in leftovers for today's lunch and supper.
No idea how much is water from the huge sodium spike and how much is just fat.
Today is chest and triceps day and I will try to dial up the intensity to offset the extra several hundred calories yesterday and today.
78.7 kg Lost so far: 8.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
