Dad came home yesterday. I didn't eat anything today until 11:00am. I try to eat small frequent meals/snacks to keep my metabolism up. Did get my yoga in first thing this morning. First half of the day fail, refocus and restart for the second half.
95.3 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 6.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Where is the fail? Sounds ok to me.

When my feet hit the ground I have coffee, then I try to eat a small meal or snack every two hours. My day starts at 5am and today I didn't eat anything until 11am. I had six hours of not getting my metabolism engaged. I have a underactive thyroid and this practice is what works for me. But I'm working on changing it around for the afternoon.
