Yesterday was a day all about food. Not so much about eating it but about prepping it. Spent just about all day in the kitchen prepping chicken and pork to smoke. Although I did eat a very rich breakfast which lead to an up day instead of a down day. I still consider it a good weekend compared to my past experiences with weight loss.
95.6 kg Lost so far: 4.0 kg.    Still to go: 7.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You're fine. Just keep focused, and it will start happening for you. My biggest sin was sodas. They are all bad. Stick to filling foods, and don't snack. Walking really helps me now, after my surgery. I hope to soon start running again.
