Not good, going into a weekend with a 2 pound rise. I'm averaging my weight weekly, because I fluctuate so much so just need to keep eating healthy and exercise.

Do you think three homemade molasses cookies right before bed made the weight gain? I've heard sugar before bed was baaaaaadddd. Got to love the Holidays, my daughter stopped in so I had to make her cookies. Yeah it's her fault. She is like 100 pounds, so I'm trying to fatten her up a bit. Lol

Happy Friday!!!!!

Water can weigh a lot, but I have the same issue - my weight can fluctuate 4-8-lbs a day. I saw someone give the good advice of just picking one a week (Monday, Wednesday, or whatever) to pick. Even if it is fluctuating over a week, a month you can see if you went up or down. Basically he said stop looking at the scale so often, look at the mirror in-between weigh ins. Nothing is bad in moderation - I just don't like moderation!

Remember when we were younger and didn't really worry as much about what we ate because we lost it as quickly as we wanted? Now we smell the food and gain a pound. At least it seems that way sometimes doesn't it? I wouldn't worry too much about that 2 pounds as long as you stay active and keep kickin' butt during the week. You got this!
