LMAO How is it possible that after hosting a Grey Cup get together... with a vat of homemade chilli, and a mountain of wings I am neither significantly heavier nor holding several gallons of water?? I guess the diuretic effect of 14 beers offset the quadruple daily dose of sodium?

Jamrobin, I have 3 words for you "Dehydration by beer"! :o) I guess it was a good get together! Now the work begins anew!

Haha yeah I think I should probably expect a rebound at some point this week. I also usually drink over 3L of water every day (started logging it in Sept out of curiosity and just kept the habit) but had less than two yesterday since I switched over to beer around 5 o'clock and didn't stop until bedtime. I have to admit I am feeling far more spry than I deserve after last night. Supposed to be a cardio day for me so away I go to puond on an elliptical for a while and work up an appetite for supper.
