Refeeding Day #1
Today is the end of my 7-Day Water Fast and I'll start refeeding with all day watermelon meals.
I didn't see any drop in weight this morning but my ketosis is still in large traces at 80mg/dL so that means that I'm still burning some fat anyway.

54 kg Lost so far: 7.9 kg.    Still to go: 1.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
