30+ minutes on the bike each day - Done!
25 miles on the treadmill - 25.86 miles
No soda!
85.4 kg Lost so far: 16.2 kg.    Still to go: 10.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Losing 2.7 kg a Week
