Still in Ketosis. Did a body pod test 11/2/16, it said I had 50% body fat my wt then was 196.4. Been lifting weights and having 100g protein/day since then,looking to see more muscle when I go back to the pod when I lose 4 more lbs.
86.4 kg Lost so far: 3.0 kg.    Still to go: 18.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Lol. You are doing good. Ketosis ain't no myth BTW. I can measure them in urine lol.

BTW a female can get by with one squirt of androgel per week without turning in to bearded lady lol. I really can't advise people to cheat on rebalancing their muscle fat composition and get another few percent in the long term since it is considered non therapeutic prescribing.
