water fast day #6
I'm almost done with my fast and I had no major cravings yesterday fortunately, although struggling a bit with my stomach. I'll take some probiotic today and see if it helps.
54.4 kg Lost so far: 7.5 kg.    Still to go: 2.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
