I do weigh myself nearly every day and am fairly faithful at recording my food intake (in another app), so I'm please that I've reached a new low weight after the weeks of yoyoing. I think the weight will always go up and down, but for now the swings are not so dramatic (within a couple pounds). Cold weather and icy streets have kept me in a bit more in the past week or so but I'm still working on it. Stay well my friends. John
