Water Fast Day #4
My ketosis this morning is in moderate traces at 40mg/dL, still good knowing that I'm burning fats on a good pace till I reach my goal weight.
BF = 22.3%
BMI = 20.2%
55.7 kg Lost so far: 6.2 kg.    Still to go: 3.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
