Day one back on low carb. Going to be more realistic this time. Instead if an atkins-like semi induction phase staying under 20 net carbs. I'm going to stick to more primal foods and stay around 50 net carbs a day... I'm hoping to lose 16lbs by february 1st! :)
89.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 24.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
