Interesting. I was completely stagnant on body composition. 16% fat (by Skulpt device, my bioimpedance scale says a lot less) and 173 pounds... Figured I would experiment with one variable to see what happens so I added another 400 calories for each of the last 3 days and my fat readings are down on every device and the mirror agrees. I must have been under eating and slightly into starvation mode? I am definitely stronger in the gym too so I guess my new calorie budget is 3000 per day for the next week or two.
78.5 kg Lost so far: 8.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

LOL I watched a documentary about hamburgers today... It nearly brought me to tears! On the way home from the gym I walked over to Harvey's and grabbed a Double Angus Burger with Cheese... OMG it was good!!! Sometimes satisfying a craving can be better than sex! I won't feel guilty about this cheat day because I have been super strict on all my macros for months... I am curious to see what the scale and the Skulpt have to say tomorrow.
