Stayed home this weekend to get things in order for Thanksgiving and avoid a repeat of last weekend. Even turned down a dinner invite and boy, did it pay off!
114.5 kg Lost so far: 7.6 kg.    Still to go: 35.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
