Today I didn't check my ketosis but most likely is none, due to all the fruits I had yesterday. I am gaining something back, also for a natural reason...everything is in the digestive system I guess. I had a raw vegan day yesterday with no dressings whatsoever and everything was delicious
54.3 kg Lost so far: 7.6 kg.    Still to go: 2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
