feeling pretty good. ..having trouble getting enough calories in. I feel like I'm not eating enough and I eat all the time it's just healthy snacks so they are better and not many calories. almost all week last week I didn't get over 900 calories.
79.6 kg Lost so far: 14.3 kg.    Still to go: 4.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thank you for the support. I am doing this with my husband . We have both been over weight and diabetic for our adult life. Now we r both coming off of a lot of our medicine. I'm happy with my progress and with his. I love to read the stories on here they are inspiration and let me know that even when I have a bad day calorie wise it's not the end.
