no ketosis this morning, just wondering if I should eat some proteins rather than just having fruits.
My weight is still the same fortunately and yesterday I also had a small bm, my digestive system is coming back to function properly...with highs and lows though.
54 kg Lost so far: 7.9 kg.    Still to go: 1.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Fruit takes me out of ketosis faster than almost anything. Protein and fat will keep you feeling fuller, longer.

True...fruits is sweet, but for my refeeding process I have to stay away a bit from fat, I had some vegan proteins in a shake today, I didn't like it but I felt I needed.
