Busy yesterday and missed my calorie target by over 650... Have to wonder if finally turning the heat on in the house had something to do with it too... air got dryer and I got thirstier than usual... actually drank more than 5L of water yesterday and that likely took up valuable room for food! (and probably also made me drop some water)
77.1 kg Lost so far: 10.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
