My refeeding process continues, no weight change this morning and my ketosis is only traces at 5mg/dL. I don't feel comfortable having such small amount of food without being in ketosis, I hope today will be better day, I'm increasing my food at 8 ounces per meal but still watery fruits.
54 kg Lost so far: 7.9 kg.    Still to go: 1.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
