HI all, I just figured out how to enter daily entries for this challenge. My pledges is to repeat the above for the next 27 Days and lose 10 pounds, TOWANDA!!
84.4 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 20.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

whoa i see you killed it on the stairmaster today! for an hr! (10 Ib challenge) Today was the first day I made it to 30 min of exercise. I want to get to your level ! that is so awesome!

Hello Andresgirl, nice to meet you. I have been working at the stair master for quite awhile. I used to call it the Stair Monster and now call it Dancing with the Stairs! I-pod and pure determination has brought me to enjoying it because it has become a great release for me as I really work up a great sweat and it seems to help my attitude for the rest of the day.
