Water Fast Day #19
After 19 days without food I'm still burning fats at large ketosis! My ketostix blows me away every day during this fast, I never seen such a good consistency in its darker colours.
I'm thinking on prolonging the fast at least till the end of the next week, but let's see what my body will tell me going forward, so far I feel absolutely amazing. Water Fasting is a great experience that I'll incorporate into my life from the time to come!

Thanks Draglist! Yes it's been 20 days without food so far, I feel amazing, I'm keeping the fast till my body detox completely, or till real hunger comes, let's see.
