Finally, moving down! I did a little exercise yesterday and man, do I hurt this morning. I think I'm going to order some protein supplements today that my FS friend Heather uses.
101.9 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 33.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

thanks girl! Worried for tomorrow- ate really high in fat today! Carbs are much lower. Can't wait- I ordered my pea protein and brown rice protein tonight! :-) No more worrying about buying meat for myself- except the occasional tuna in a can or something.

If you can tolerate it, fish is great animal protein to add to your diet. A lot of foods have protein too, like eggs, quinoa, a lot of vegetables, nuts, Cheese or cheese alternatives if you don't east dairy
