Water Fast Day #13
Large traces of ketosis this morning with a 80mg/dL.
I had a busy day yesterday with lots of running around and not much water, I don't think I was able to drink 2L unfortunately, today I'll try to do better. I can feel the difference if I don't rest enough or my water intake is low, I also had a massage and I'm sure the oul affected my fast as well.
BF = 24.9%
BMI = 20.8%
57.4 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 5.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
