Desayuno: ok
1/2 mañana: ok
Comida: Pollo, guisantes y tomate. Pomelo.
1/2 tarde: Té verde, pan con chocolate y puñado de frutos secos.
Noche: 8 Riojas, tapas varias, gominolas y 6 o 7 birras...
95.2 kg Lost so far: 8.3 kg.    Still to go: 15.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.4 kg a Week
