Uh oh! Tomorrow's Thanksgiving! Shedding the water weight. My guts are a lot happier. I'll restrict sodium for one more day and keep taking dandelion root caps for a few. Tomorrow the calorie count will be high! LOL I wonder if I will get some strange looks when I bring my food scale with me to track my intake?
