juiced from 9/9-9/29 with only eating 100cal popcorn as solids daily. transition into ketogenic diet 9/30, first blood ketone reading today at 0.4 with glucose level of 89.
90.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 22.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thank you both. I did the keto diet 3 years ago and it was amazing. Hopfuly it will work out just as well this time.
