Hmmm... Based on how bloated I feel I suspect at least some (if not all) of the weight gain I was so proud of is just water. Adding dandelion root capsules to my supplement regimen and starting to really watch my sodium starting today. Looked through my food log and realized my sodium intake was way too high because I have been getting lazy in my food prep and heating up frozen stuff too often.
78.9 kg Lost so far: 8.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
