Woohoo! Cut back on the cardio intensity and started adding another 10 or 15 minutes to my resistance training and I'm adding a little to the scale!
78.9 kg Lost so far: 8.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
