Not too upset since we've had a couple of days of "Go for it" eating. I tried to not go overboard but I did go over the total calories allowed limit a little bit. Back to being good today 😊
75.8 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 14.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
