R3P2 - VLCD #48
It turns out that is the large amount of stevia that I have every day that keeps me out of ketosis, since I have this sugar addiction problem I will need to also remove all the fruit from my diet for now. I will exchange these items with 0% fat plain Greek yogurt for now and see how it goes. I love Greek yogurt especially if I can add a small tsp of unsweetened cacao!
60.7 kg Lost so far: 1.2 kg.    Still to go: 8.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

If you want to get into ketosis throw out the zero fat yogurt! Throw away EVERYTHING that has low or no fat. If a product has the fat removed it has absolutely been replaced with carbs (often sugar)
