Well 2600 certainly seems to be exactly my maintenance... I have been within 30 +- for a couple weeks and my weight hasn't budged. I would actually like to put on a few pounds but I am leery of kicking up the calories too much because I would like to stay lean LOL. The weather is getting cooler so I guess shorts are going in the closet and long sleeve shirts are probably going to come out... I s'pose I can afford to pudge up a little if I hit the gym extra hard?
