To much food that I shouldn't eat. I know better, but I do it anyways and the scale proves it. Today is day 1 again of being good. My over all health is at stake.
71.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 7.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.6 kg a Week
