Numbers today varied between 285.5 and 289. Can't call it a Green Arrow day, but I can call it a "Still below 290" day! I'll take that as a victory and move along.
130.2 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 55.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
