Still waiting on Doctor to clear me for exercise. Eating and studying is my life. Thinking it is time to start walking around the block at least a couple of times a day, needing to get out and burn these um..., "healthy" calories that seem to be not letting me break 190. Today is Green Tea and Water - "Rabbit Food, Legumes, Fruit, and Nut Day". Maybe that will help the push. NO Candy Bar & Gummy Bears! . If things do not change by the end of the week I am going to look at the "Body for Life" book - Any suggestions there? Have A Great DAY!!!
