R3P2 - VLCD #35
The apply day didn't work for me and honestly I knew it won't work anyway. Too much sugar and apples make me gain weight all the times, noty type of fruit when dieting. Now I don't want to see an apple for at least 2 months!
I won't have any fruit today, since I'm sure my ketosis is gone for good right now. I'm thinking to stay very light all day and just a fish filet with cucumber salad for an early dinner.
I don't feel hungry fortunately, this new HCG vial makes me feel better.
I will check my ketosis in 2/3 days, I noticed it takes some time now to get into it.
I might take back my supplements though today.
62.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 10 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
