Burger one day and fried chicken the next, both with french fries; and it's trouble! Time to get back at it and on with the program!
106.2 kg Lost so far: 28.0 kg.    Still to go: 17.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

You will only add weight if you exceed your daily calorie needs. 100 Calories from a Burger or 100 Calories from oats its still 100 calories.. dont focus too much on what you eat but how many calories you eat
