I'm following the diet quite well, except for imbibing on more wine or liquor than I should. Not bad. I lost 7 pounds in about 2 weeks. I only exercised twice last week, but either running with the dog or going for a bike ride today.
91.6 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
