I knew this was coming- plus it's TOM. FINALLY went grocery shopping so can't wait to get back on the saddle. God, I hate setbacks.
102.5 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 34.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
