Steadily going down since june 23. I find it interesting to see my numbers hover at the same point for 4-6 days then plop a lb downwards. On my approx 1200 calorie diet I will not loose 15 lbs in 10 weeks. Any loss over 6 lbs I will consider a great success. That could be another clothing size down. More important is that I get using a gym and or start pilates again.
60.3 kg Lost so far: 3.7 kg.    Still to go: 5.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
