Garden has been out of control for a month now, producing more then we can eat. 2 Zucchini plants have produced over 80 zucchini's so far, and not done yet. So constantly looking for new receipts.
Anyone that likes Fish Cakes but are not eating them any more cause of the potato carb count, I would highly recommend looking for "Tuna Zucchini Cakes" made them last night for dinner and they are amazing. Could not get over it.
