Well, I'mm back on the downward road again!!!! Edema also under control.

Still having problems with sleeping but did get appointments made with doc and mammograms.

86.6 kg Lost so far: 12.2 kg. Still to go: 18.6 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 1.1 kg a Week
