same weight as yesterday, I've small traces of ketosis this morning. I just want to believe that if I don't see the scale going down I can still say that I'm losing inches.
No milk or cream in my decaf coffee yesterday
63.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 11.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
