First weigh-in in a couple days. My second round of #whole30 ended 3 days ago and I've allowed myself to splurge. I have a half marathon tomorrow so until Monday I'm going to let myself enjoy the things #whole30 won't. It's #carboload time!
76.6 kg Lost so far: 14.6 kg.    Still to go: 4.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 5.1 kg a Week
