Well my 2 weeks of eating poorly only resulted in the 1.6lb weight gain shown today, thank God it was not more!!!!! I am back on track now and now have 8lbs left to get to my goal weight. Even after I reach my goal weight I am pretty sure that I will never go back to my old ways!!!
67.1 kg Lost so far: 16.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
