desayuno: ok (tres tostadas)
1/2 mañana: ok
comida:2 huevos, papas y espinacas. Postre: Piña
1/2 tarde: chocolate, 2 tés y 15 palmeritas!
cena: pez espada a la plancha, fideos integrales y cardo con frutos secos. Postre: un pomelo.
Antes de dormir: 2 yogures
95.1 kg Lost so far: 8.4 kg.    Still to go: 15.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 2.1 kg a Week
